Default Looking for Underground Song with a drop similar to songs listed

I'm a filmmaker, but an independent film maker. For my film, im looking for a second ng similar to Sister Christian by Night Ranger, or 99 Luftballoons by Nena. I need them similar in the way that it rises up then has a large drum or bass drop. Genre wise I'm looking for a rock/pop or rap song. The reason im looking for something more underground or indie is that if I could afford to license big name music, I would, but sadly my budget consists of only indie music I can afford. Thanks for any help!
