Default How many of you miss leo sayer?

Leo Sayer is one of the greatest ballad singers of all time.His late 70s hit When I Need You reached number 1 in the UK and USA.I hear he has a new album out called Selfie.

The only song by Sayer I can stand is "Long Tall Glasses (I Can Dance)." And even that would be vastly improved by a more talented performer.

I remember his name but can't remember any of his songs. I guess his music didn't make an impression on me back in the day.

I'm almost tempted to check out those YouTube videos and refresh my memory but I'm afraid that I'll end up getting an annoying earworm (or two) stuck in my mind for days afterwards.

That was his entire schtick, creating earworms. Your fears are quite justified.
