I've been really digging this, it's a more ambient set from the duo with artists like Dalhous in the track list. It's still got some nice beats, but not fist pumping ones.

There's also their 2nd and 3rd albums that are more along the lines of ambient, unlike their more industrial and broken techno releases.

The SoundCloud link isn’t instrumental

I never really knew if she had a lot of help with studio musicians and composition, but I'm guessing she did most of it based on the fact that this album is entirely instrumental. Extremely downtempo, and gentle, unlike something off her first album.

Edit: I was searching around for the song off her first album that I was thinking of, and it's been unlisted. Almost like she's ashamed of it.
No youtube links thanks

I listened to this - thanks
It's probably not what you're asking for in this thread, but I thought you wouldn't mind an exception. I picked an EP so it wouldn't take up too much of your time if it was something you didn't like.

The kind of music I look for is something I want to play everyday and I listened to that EP every day since I recommended to you in this thread. To my ears their music like a mix of Traffic and Brazilian Girls with a bunch of other genre stuff e.g. Jazz, and Electronica. The first song I heard by them was "Start Running" and I thought that could easily fit on John Barleycorn Must Die or The Low Spark Of High Heeled Boys.

King Shabaka has credentials and plays his heart out. I know it's not chill but it's one of the coolest things I've ever heard. If you don't like him today, there is always tomorrow.

I’ve given this band a few shots and so far it hasn’t resonated with me. I have a lot of respect for your taste in music so I’ll be sure to keep an open mind about them when I hear them in the future like you said.

It's beautiful. Glad you liked it.
Did you somehow miss my first rec or is it in a different queue?

Different queue

I know it’s not fair but I already put it in that queue
