Title: “Slap That Bass”
Artist: The Ink Spots
Taken from: Swing High Swing Low
Genre: Vocal Jazz/ Doo-wop
Year: 194?
Suggested by: Neapolitan
Familiarity: Zero, thought I’ve heard of them
Comments: Oh god, this is the kind of bland drivel I hate. That close-harmony singing reminds me more of radio ads for soap or something, and it’s so limp and weak. Slap that bass? More like tip it and run away? Sorry but I hated that.
