Be patient. I don't want trolls to wreck things up, so I'm thinking of just sending private messages to those who express interest. I'm more OK with my question falling into oblivion than having to deal with 27 pages of forum posts consisting of rants & babbles.

Besides, I can see that you haven't finished your 2017 album thread yet. How can you have time for a somewhat laborious work like analyzing things?

Threads aren't really meant to be carried out in PM but you do you man.

I'm on track for the list, should be finished by 2033.

Do you use foobar2k? I tried to extract them into a playlist, but they only point to my local hard drive. How to select & copy only the file name column from foobar?

I think elph wants you to provide six bands or artists for him to evaluate with a state of the art critical analysis matrix, and/or his own personal analytical opinion.

Oh that's awesome. You share personality traits with Gordon Ramsay, Whoopi Goldberg and Margaret Thatcher!

List six artists you like. Pretty self-explanatory. If you dither further I'm going to assume your favorite band is Imagine Dragons.

Oh so that's it, tks Neo Sorry guys, I didn't get it 1st time. I thought elph was referring to a shameful technique of copy & paste from other artists' work, done by those like the infamous 6 bands he doesn't want to name. Had me confused big time, as English is not my natural tongue.

A fun fact is, I don't know a lot about those people. And from very limited exposure to MasterChef (I don't watch TV), I don't really like Ramsay. The theory is maybe ENTJs aren't fond of each other?

As for the main topic, I've sent some PM to some people... As I said before, I just want analyses, no need for judging or trolling, especially when stuffs like this is so new.

I got your PM and can firmly say that you like music. You should check out Clarence Clarity, Sophie, and Mid-Air Thief.

I checked, and I didn't see you post an introduction in "Introductions" sub-forum. If you did you can give the forum the opportunity to understand a little bit about you. That English isn't your first language. Maybe they would act different, maybe they'll change their approach - maybe not.

I wish you didn't do that cause I can't not analyse these communications to see where they went wrong in their musical analysis. I am still trying to grasp this whole concept of "musical taste analysis" and what it entails. So I like to see it in action in a thread on the forum.

Gee whiz, I am not sure about that theory. It is possible.

One of the traits of an ENTJs are they are "strategic thinkers" and perhaps you think "musical taste analysis" is the best strategy?

edit: If you like you send a PM.
