no rush fam, I just thought others would have something to say about this album. It truly is a classic I think, every song is different and sounds good to me at least.

I look forward to it

I’m also going through a 14 hour playlist on Spotify and I want to listen to the entire thing before moving on

It’s my Top of 2016 and it has lots and lots of really long ambient drone tracks

I REALLY went mellow that year!

I can't get past her voice. I really tried. For me, her use of rapid tremolo sounds forced and kills it for me. Maybe it's the million times I've heard Ship To Wreck on the local radidio but that timbre in her voice has been oversaturated and that's all I zone in on and it's like nails on a chalkboard. Other than that, the backing music is pleasant.

I mean, I could try and do a song-by-song review, but I'd hate it. Put Imelda May in her spot and I'd be all over it.

Yikes!

Over an hour and I failed to milk a drop of enjoyment out of the entire thing. I never heard a person so in need of a gag. Every song is painfully bland. Sometimes you keep seeing a name and wonder why you don’t know a single song by someone that famous. Take this as a stark reminder of how bad pop music can be and the sheer force of will it takes to shield yourself from the sonic diarrhea so often sprinkling from the speakers in our public sphere.
