Highly-awaited fifth album from the master of cyberpunk: Perturbator.

The fantastical voyage.., they have more than enough style and atmosphere to appeal to non-Francophones..!

Have only got to the first Song and been reading up on Serge Gainsburg..listen to Bonnie and Clyde with BB included..not my style but good to have and insight into some French past 'great' musicians, as apart from listening to the local radio I really have very little knowledge of the French music scene.Hope it's ok to post here a few words on the subject...............

Music was my first love.., probably because I grew up in the late 70's and 80's..
I listen mostly to music from the 1970's , 1980's and the 1990's.., anyway every genre has its benefits..
Listening to different kinds of music (in different languages) just makes me feel better..
So if you're looking for good French music ..here I'm ..

I would suggest you Francis Cabrel !

Francis Cabrel is in top form for this 1994 release. While the style of the music stays in the acoustic rock category, each song is carefully crafted and infused with a variety of sounds and influences, ranging from contemporary folk , to cool jazz and blues-rock.

Does it have to be recent music?

And what if it's only half French?

^This one has always stuck in my head from when I was a kid.

And then of course ...
