What about Primus and Phish? I hate those bands as much as Tool. Is that also driven by their fan bases?

Yes. Well, the Primus one is influenced a bit by the Residents influence, but yes.

I've barely listened to Primus but my distaste for them is at least less than my distaste for Tool since at least Primus have some personality. But yeah **** Primus.

I saw Primus open for Neil Young and by the time it was over I had never hated a band so completely.
