Ha yall prob know the frontmen Flint for Prodigy has passed away


what are yall thoughts/experinces on this bands music good or bad ..???


Honestly this was prob my top 5 fav bands … fat of the land was actually one of the 1st cds I ever bought with my own money has a kid ..and IMO was a bridge band for Hard rock bands and fans to crossover into more electronic music


a great live band and pretty much had no boundries on there music its like they didnt give a Fudge !!!!

yeah,it worked for me like that alright (as a crossover to electronic music). along with dig your own hole by the chemicals and a bit later the first unkle album.

also through prodigy i discovered....Max Romeo which was another revelation for me at the time. i wouldnt say i overall liked their stuff, not even the whole of fat of the land, but i think they were pretty important.

never heard there first album till now its just straight house beats no vocals

prodigy had alot of good songs !!!

they prob were not the first but it was like the first band i seen live use alot of keys and sample machine with acoustic drums and alot of guitars ...other then NIN

but im sure alot of 80s bands did that 2

.

Smack My Bitch Up was one of my favourite music videos as a child. The twist at the end got me.
