Yeah, I'm a huge fan of Meantime, one of my favorites. Helmet hit a perfect blend of post-hardcore and groovy/grungy heavy metal that no other band has done quite right. Haven't listened to Betty much, but this song from it is just as great as anything off of Meantime:
