Extract simple notes from song
 

So I'm not a music expert but I have this simple song I want to get the notes to and it's on YouTube.

How can I get the notes to that song? I want to play it on an Arduino and for that I have a program to enter the notes and the tempo.

Do you want to sample the note, or do you want to know what notes are being played?

I don't know exactly what it's called but I want to know what the notes are so that I could follow them on a piano by playing the keys that correspond to those notes.
