Lorelle Meets the Obsolete - De facto

Repetitive and hypnotizing psych rock from Mexico. Not a stunning record but there are some really strong moments. Longer tracks outstay their welcome a bit but the shorter ones tend to be really great.

Yeah, this is definitely one of those albums that's still on regular for me.
Tho it sounds nothing like that Rolo Tomassi thing that has some people excited,
I make the comparison 'cause this is a wonderful blend with a great heightened feel of a
suite that just builds in a grandiose fashion that's lacking, but pretending to exist, in that RT album.
