Warmduscher - Tainted Lunch

Really fun rock album that goes into punky, funky, electronic, and krautrock territories among others. Highly recommended.

Live/Shapeshifter by In Order To Survive and William Parker

William Parker: bass, compositions
Rob Brown: alto saxophone
Cooper-Moore: piano
Hamid Drake: drums

Great stuff

Just a little background:

Parker plays on several recordings with both Cecil Taylor and Davis S Ware, including a complete reworking of Sonny Rollins’ Freedom Suite which is a personal favorite - both versions actually.

Rob Brown has recorded with Joe Morris and Mathew Shipp.

Cooper-Moore has played with Ware as well plus Susie Ibarra. Ibarra plays on Flower Of Sulphur which was my number 2 pick for 2018 https://www.musicbanter.com/2029773-post826.html
