I do like them. But it's the rage they induce that's so sweet.

I love talking about how they suck. Let's touch each others dicks.

A Momentary Lapse of Reason. It's got some good tracks, but overall it's just lackluster, a far cry from their heyday. But that's to be expected. You can't hold onto it forever (unless you're Bowie).

Sonderlust. This is a real step down, veering into generic indie pop territory, forsaking what made Kishi Bashi great on 151a and Lighght: a kind of fresh magic and wonder.

Pounding the Pavement, the album they released early this year, was total ass. It may mark Anvil finally going down hill for me, which I find unfortunate.
Yeah, agreed. It's such a shame, as they never really had bad album prior to it.

As for me, first thing I can think of is Godsmack's new album When Legends Rise. They used to be one of the heaviest bands that alternative metal had to offer, but just turned absolutely terrible radio fodder complete with those obnoxious "ohohohohohs" that makes them sound like Imagine Dragons with guitars.
