Mic drop.
Merit why out of all the RA material to show Mic you used his Crustified Dibbs ****? At least post something from Die, Rugged Man, Die or something.

ICP claimed that Miracles would have been considered a masterpiece if it were written by David Bowie.

Edit: And you're actually not too far off, either. R.A. has toured with ICP, opening for them.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.

And compare that to him now:

I wanted to display his progression as an artist by posting an old song and a new one. I could have gone even older with some NIGHT OF THE BLOODY APES sh*t LOL.

Wanna see what she's all about. As I understand it, the new album is a bit different from her old stuff, but I've heard neither.
You'll probably love her if you liked that Lole y Manuel album. I still need to chew on the new album a little more.

Props to windsock for being hip to R.A. The Rugged Man. I've got all of his albums, even the old Crustified Dibbs $hit. Missing some of his collabs though.

Good stuff!

Not sure I could listen to that for regular musical enjoyment, but I guess I did have fun with it.

Turns out this album is pretty promising. Followed a Youtube link to another Incubus album and also liked what I heard there.

I like the bass grooves, the drumming, and even the vocalist (even if he sometimes reminds me a slight bit of Anthony Kiedis).

Interesting: Check.
Liked it: Ehhhh..... I'm not so sure. I'm not sure I think that guys' vocal approach really works for me. In any case, I'd have to return to this one to really know what I feel about it. I like some things about it, but also kinda don't gel with it entirely.

Just everything has been made to sound as annoying as possible.

My ears are protesting very hard here, so I'm having a difficult time being fair to the musical ideas going on behind the production/mixing on this album.

I get the feeling that I wouldn't be all that into this even if it sounded good. Seems very schizo in the songwriting department.
