If you have an iPad, you can be a known artist. It's actually pretty awesome.

Most demos I've ever heard were trash. But to be fair, they were metal band demos.

I have a CD of PJ Harvey demos and they're pretty cool.

And then they get signed by Nucleal Blast and produced by Andy Sneap.

Rock bands and metal bands need to stop recording each little guitar lick on it's own. Get on your feet and play together. That's what being a band means.

I legit think many albums would be better if they had been rehearsed, then played as a band instead of being pieced together like a puzzle in Pro Tools.

It's not that you can't do good things with Pro Tools. But I do think that a lot of metal sounds frustratingly lifeless and sterile.
