Silencer's vocals are simultaneously the best and worst part of black metal.

there are a few things i guess. i agree with most of what frown said.

as a whole however it is one of the most creative and interesting subgenres of metal out there.

tbh there's no excuse to not be a black metal fan after mondo literally dedicated an entire thread to presenting bomb ass bm

i listened to the first minute and it was just really generic and boring

what is this supposed to bring to the table

I don't even know who they are. I just wanted a picture of some goons in makeup and that's what I got.

I've been discovering that Black Metal has a lot more to offer than I at first anticipated (kinda like punk I guess, though I've yet to properly explore that). In particular, I'm now all about that ABM: some of that stuff is lush. But basic black metal can be okay, but yeah as I think Frown said, a lot of it sounds very much the same, and it doesn't really encourage you to explore the genre too deeply. I reckon there's a lot of good stuff in there if you dig though.

There's your problem.

I think it's a very well written song with a great melodic progression, combined with a black metal aesthetic.

Don't expect flashy gimmicks because there are none.
