I'm not vehemently against them, but their albums kinda sound the same to me. As do most of their songs. Not entirely true of course, but they never struck me as an interesting band. More like the ACDC of moody alternative rock. If they come up here, I might be proven wrong, so I'm not against the idea.

It's not that they're bad, it's that they've got this Godlike status and that their praises are sung from every hill in the world 24/7 - but then you listen to them and they're just kinda allright, quite inoffensive and not that interesting.
