And after them, we can do the full discography of The Disease.

Scanning over their discography I only found three records that I don’t have a very favorable impression of and those are the only three I’m not familiar with.

When Kiss Me came out I was like “no” but in hindsight I love it.

I tried getting into the Cure several years ago, and it didn't happen. This is a second chance and I'm excited to see where it will go when I'm forcing myself to listen to all of their music. One thing I know for sure: "A Forest" is an awesome song. Got somewhat big expectations for whatever albums that one is from.

I'm not necessarily dead set against Joy Division. A lot of my attitudes about various rock bands were formed several years ago when I checked out a lot of bands to try and find my way.
These days, I'm often surprised when I go back and give something a fresh try.

Yes. Give Trollheart a while to get back on his horse, he's the captain of this ship. I love a good mixed metaphor.

Yeah. Bowie will be done by the end of this week. I don't want to put too much on people's plates (especially mine) so we'll begin with The Cure (which seems to have been agreed on, yes?) on Monday. You're of course free to go listen to the albums before that if you want, but the official thread won't begin till then.

The Cure! For the love of God, the Cure. Literally anything but VU. If we're ever doing VU, I'm skipping it.
