Well, I wouldn't call Scary Monsters unassailable. (My unassailables would be Hunky Dory, Ziggy, Sane, Lodger, and Blackstar). It is a good album though and a fitting end to what would be considred Bowie's classic era. He'll never be the same from Let's Dance on, let's face it. It isn't a perfect collection of songs but the best tracks are classic Bowie. Favorite tracks: Ashes To Ashes (I think I'm speaking to the choir here), It's No Game, and Fashion. Overall, a good way to end a great musical chapter in Bowie's career. Now on to the not so great chapter.
