I assume they inducted the most important people first.

Who cares anyway. To be outraged at who they include/don't include is to act like the hall of fame has credibility and is important. They deserve to be ignored and considered irrelevant. I've got respect for bands that don't bother turning up when inducted. Just like anyone receiving a Grammy should stay away and stay silent.

As opposed to next month in September?

7 for Hendrix.
10 for Zeppelin.

14 for Springsteen.
16 for Aerosmith and Queen.
17 for The Ramones.
18 for AC/DC, The Clash, and The Police.
19 for Prince.
21 for Sabbath and The Sex Pistols.
22 for Van Halen.
24 for Metallica.
25 for The Stooges.
26 for Alice Cooper.
28 for Rush.
29 for Kiss.
30 for Lou Reed.
31 for Deep Purple.
32 for Pearl Jam.

Over two decades before they got around to Sabbath and The Sex Pistols???? Joke.
And according to this they have snubbed Motorheard and Iron Maiden, This makes no sense to me.

I agree with what some ppl have said here that this HoF doesn't really have a lot credibility but i still want to see The Pixies in there. Sonic youth and The cure as well, these bands deserve that recognition. Radiohead can wait a bit more lol

They needed to make room for Michael Jackson twice. I'm sure Bruce Bruce understands.

No cred either way. They can take a token brutalizer if they want. Doesn’t change that the freak fighter top 40 is the ultimate honor and we’re no longer accepting applications.
