sometimes I think it's superior, sometimes I don't, it's all very difficult picking the right chorus, there's quite the arguments with chorus enthusiasts believe it or not
I prefer the Super chorus but they both sound great.

Something that I wish more musicians would experiment with is the talk box. It's so cool with so much potential.

Behringer if you're willing to risk your gear catching fire. Boss DD3 or 7 if you want a proppa delay. Delay is a pretty straightforward concept that is crazy hard to **** up though, so most will work. The biggest factor to consider is if it cuts the feedback loop when you shorten the delay time or if it alters the delay feedback (shortening the time will give you a higher pitch for example). Altering the feedbackis better for my goals. I'd avoid delay with added effects like the Tera-Echo since you usually can't turn the secondary effect all the way off.

Boss DD3 is the bomb entry level delay. Behringer is crap.

If you have the budget, this is the best delay pedal I've ever owned.

My favorite two effects are not pedal but Fender built in amp effects: the spring reverb and vibrato. (I know that Fender reversed the nomenclature, where the tremolo on the guitar is actually a vibrato; and on the vibrato on the amp is actually tremolo.)

... but as far as pedals:
Boss DM3 (I know the DM2 is more coveted, but it's what I can afford)
DOD MeatBox
Electro-Harmonix Big Muff (made from Russian tank no less)
Ibanez Tube Screamer
TC Electronic Alter Ego X4

They're not ultra professional but they have quite a bit of functionality and are great considering the price. Like I said though, gotta be ready for that **** to burst into flames when you get to into it.

Actually audited the factory where a lot of their stuff is built. It's not hard to be very functional in our current digital age, but their quality and consistency is very low on the overall grade score.

Thumbs up

They pull through on sound and they only cost 20 bucks. Winner winner fried chord dinner.

Both Boss and Behringer as not good for my taste. Of course i agree and Boss's actually nice pedal but in the contrary the sound is not good. I like my sound to be warm and cool, while boss for me is the contrary (it's more crispy). I have been using boss dd7 for a very long time but nowdays i just prefer tape delay pedals (or in common tapelike delay pedals) or even a REAL tape delay if you can find It's an ongoing project of mine actually. I'll be sure to open a threat about it later on.

PS:
@Blank.
I really couldnt agree more. Talkbox is a marvelous thing and not many people use it or at least play with. Maybe some kind of inconsistency between keyboard & guitar/bass?

Ah so you're looking for an analog delay pedal. MXR makes a nice one. I prefer digital, it is a bit more sterile but it's also a a lot more dynamic.
