Default Post Tracks for Other Members

Maybe this has been done before. Maybe no one wants to do it. But here's the idea:

Simply post tracks that you think a specific other member will like, along with the name of the target member, of course.

Maybe even a little explanation as to why you think it's got to be right up that person's alley - although that's optional.

You don't have to like the tracks you post at all yourself. They're for another member.

So I guess it's kinda like that thread about guessing the top 5 favorite artists of other members, but in a format where it could become a continual thing that people can return to every time they stuble upon something that sounds right up someone else's alley.

Please incinerate this thread and kill me if another identical thread already exists.

How about we kill the thread and incinerate you instead?
For Goofle:
(I'd hazard this might remind you of Lana, maybe)

"Poison" - Vaults - from Caught in Still Life

Impressive and interesting extended voice technique and an even balance of playfulness and haunting loneliness. Love the spastic piano especially. I really enjoyed this, good rec. Reminds me of Diasporas by Ghédalia Tazartès which I fell in love with recently.

Good idea for a thread. I thought about doing a thread like this but wasn't sure if it would work but i hope it does.

Black Francis

All these songs give me strong Pixies vibes.

I don't know exactly what to say about em but I wanna post these for you, mostly progressive in a way that I think would relate more closely to stuff you already like. That doesn't even make sense but this is awesome

Seems you have a sixth sense for this kind of thing. All of it, soooo up my alley!

I can see on Spotify that they have a lot of albums, with quite differing styles of cover artwork. Are their albums good in general?

Did I hear the wrong tracks? I don't know, but this is great. My only gripe is the singer's clean voice in the first track is kinda weak, but it still kinda works with the overall atmosphere, so I'm more than down with this.

It used to be that when a Youtube track disappeared, you couldn't even see the title anymore on a playlist, so you just had to hope you could remember their name. I couldn't, so...
But here they are! I'm checking it out right now. Seems I was right to put them on a playlist of possibly interesting stuff. I'm digging this.

Added all available albums from these bands to my Spotify. Let me know if you've got more good stuff I should hear!

Sadly, I don't feel like I can return the favor. I honestly don't really know what I could possibly throw your way that you would like. Maybe the Crisis album Deathshead Extermination? I don't know. You've got the market cornered on weird metal more than I do. I don't imagine I know much you don't already know.
