Okay, i guess i should have been clearer. He has all of that as well. Pretty much everything he needs to take care of the guitar.

I was thinking a home recording studio kit would be a nice addition, i came across :
Talent All-In-One USB Home Recording Studio -- Vocal Booth - USB Mic - Shock Mount - Pop Filter
Would you know how it is?

I am trying to gift him something nice for our first anniversary. I came across these home recording studio kits for around 70-80$ and was wondering if you guys have any suggestions about which ones are good.

Or if you have any other suggestions about better gifts, for around 100$.

He hasn't been playing a lot nowadays, he has a busy work life and maybe that's why. So I was thinking the recording kit would bring him some excitement.

Edit: He has two guitars here (we're in U.S. at present. And I guess a portable amplifier.) I guess that is all he has here.

He plays acoustic and Bass.

I don't have any knowledge about these things and would appreciate all suggestions.

[I hope I am violating any forum rules.]
Get him a personalized guitar strap, even a bass strap would be cool cause it distributes the weight of the guitar/bass better. They hover around the $100 price range.

If you get him a gadget, than that's all it'll ever be. He might even mistakenly pawn it for something else. But if you get him a personalized guitar strap, he'll mention your name to everyone who tells him how cool it is.

for instance imagine this conversation taken place at a bar he plays at:

fan of your boyfriend: "Wowie zowie, where did you get that gutiar strap? It looks cool."
your boyfriend: "Oh 1280759 gave it to me for our first anniversary."
friend of your boyfriend: "Sweet!"

That's designed specifically for recording vocals. The manufacturer is being extremely misleading by calling it an "All-In-One USB Home Recording Studio." It's just a microphone with a filter and a foam shield. It also looks like it doesn't include any recording software so even if he's an aspiring vocalist, if he doesn't already have any recording software, he'd need some to go with it.

The Tascam Multitrack Recorder I mentioned would be much more suitable for what you're looking for.
