What's So Great about This Band?: The Shaggs!
I heard someone say they are the first "outsider art" band. I'm sure there has to be others, but I can't think of them now.

I heard from a reputable source one of them gave birth to Frownland, and the other two are his aunts.

I would deny that but my aunts are pretty weird. I'll ask.

On a serious note, this is definitely my favourite project that Nico has been involved with.

My favorite project of Nico is: BTW The reason I can tell you're from Rock royalty is cause I am too. I am the secret love child of Nico and Brian Jones. That makes me genetically predisposed not only to have blond hair and also the inability to sing or swim. I would not lie to you mate. Chula Vista is the result of a torrid love affair between Jimmy Page and Mama Case. As a kid Chula would go around the school lunch room stealing other kids' sandwiches.

It's pure outsider music because they're so young that they barely have any perspective. Their meter and sense of harmony is far out and the product is punk and hypnotic as ****. It's a very pure portrait of expression. Not to mention that they were forced into it by their delusional father, but I honestly would rather focus on the music than the lore of it.
