Built to Spill - Built to Spill Plays the Music of Daniel Johnston (indie rock, indie pop)
At first I was perplexed by the song choices but BrooklynVegan and RoughTrade explain that BTS were Daniel’s back up band for a few shows in 2017 and these are the songs they rehearsed

Nihiloxica - Kaloli

Quote:
Nihiloxica is a project that harnesses the full force of the ancient Bugandan drumming tradition of Uganda and focuses it on the contemporary dance floor through a dark lens of techno sensibility.
Bop it.

Flatbush Zombies had an EP called now more than ever last week.

Don't know if anybody here cares about Flatbush.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

I declare June 26 to be nicely stacked

Arca - KiCk i (electronic, deconstructed club, experimental pop, latin electronic, glitch hop)
John Zorn - Baphomet (avant-garde metal)
Pottery - Welcome to Bobby's Motel (art punk, garage punk)
Klô Pelgag - Notre-Dame-des-Sept-Douleurs (baroque pop, art pop)
Pyrrhon - Abscess of Time (technical death metal)
Carlos Niño & Miguel Atwood-Ferguson - Chicago Waves (free improvisation, ambient, spiritual jazz)
Kitty - Charm & Mirror (electropop)
Marcin Wasilewski & Joe "Lovin" Lovano - Arctic Riff (ECM jazz)
Gábor Lázár - Source (IDM)

That run from Mequetrefe to La Chíqui on the new Arca album is amazing.

Updated. Names from Poland are so weird to me, it's like a different language or something.

Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure (dance pop, house, disco)

p.s. OH, that Chicago Waves album has your name all over it.

I ain’t know nothin about him

He seems like on of those big shot radio guys I associate with NYC except he’s in LA

Must be a pretty cool way to live

Pretty sustainable in the pandemic I’d imagine too
