Lol that Arctic Monkeys record? I hated it, then I loved it. I genuinely really enjoy the new OPN though. I don't think I'll change my mind about that.

You have a good memory. initial responses to new records always give me a hard time, but putting it down and coming back to it after the hype has subdued usually opens up a new type of listen. Sometimes I don't even listen to a new record until weeks or months later. That last Run The Jewels album, still haven't even listened to that yet.

I like it considerably more on the second listen. I was probably just too hungover last time that I listened to it. Age Of, Toys 2, Warning, Same, and Last Known Image of a Song are top tracks. I really feel like he was trying to take chances and some work better than others. I can see him using this as a jumping off point for something even more next level. Babylon and myriad.industries should have been cut imo. Some interesting and incredibly unique approaches on this record at the very least. Up to a 8/10 atm, will see how it goes.

Kind of a callback to Exmilitary in some ways as well as Jenny Death's noise rock vibe, among other things.
