Although the album being mine isn't doing me any favors either.
I like to take in the entirety of a music project. So after about 85 minutes time definitely becomes an issue. If I don’t know the artist 2 hours is a usually deal breaker and so is 7 releases in one year. Even musicians I like can push me away with too much volume. Good editing is a crucial part of good composing.

I tried listening to Ozzy's new one on his Sirius station where they had a release party yesterday, but they did more talking and bull****ting than actually playing the tunes. When they finally asked Ozzman a question about something on the album, he started to speak and I immediately changed the channel since I was driving and didn't want to crash.

I still haven't heard any of it.

The single I heard was somewhat cringy but inoffensive hard rock as you'd expect and I doubt that the album is much different.

Essence of Ozzy

lol

I'm more interested in what Morello, Slash, and Watt splooged onto it. For research purposes.
