Mamaleek - Out of Time (listening right now, it's great and unique as ever)
Keiji Haino & Konstrukt - A Philosophy Warping, Little by Little That Way Lies a Quagmire (high expectations)
Thou - Magis
Владимир Мартынов [Vladimir Martynov], Huun-Huur-Tu, Татьяна Гринденко [Tatjana Grindenko] & Opus Posth - Children of the Otter
And Eminem I guess.

We're entering the end-of-the-year album explosion.

I'm confused. According to discogs Children Of The Otter came out in 2012.

Still glad you posted it since I somehow missed it, despite being a big fan of all involved.

Totally forgot about this band! Glad you pointed out a new release. Sounds awesome from just skipping it through real quick right now. Like Tom Waits rapping for a JK FLesh/Bohren und der Club of Gore collaboration. Will give it a shot. Didn't really like the last Mamaleek, though. And, are the black metal vibe completely abscent nowadays?

This can't be bad, I'm with you on the high expectations there. Listened yet?

I liked Mamaleek's last album but it's definitely pretty clumsy compared to the new one. There are black metal vocals and guitars throughout.

Probably listening to the new Haino today, their last record was mind blowing.

EDIT: It's great. Live record.

Man I love Art As Catharsis's catalog, but they really pigeonhole their artists with their descriptions. Closest group I can think of to Kurushimi would be The Flying Luttenbachers.
