Kikagaku Moyo - Masana Temples (2018)

Pre-ordered this album a few weeks ago and first heard it in its entirety several days ago. Initially, it didn't grab me quite like their previous release but after several listens, I'm hooked from start to finish. They've already become my favorite Japanese psych band and they're quickly becoming my favorite contemporary psych-rock group.

I cannot ****ing believe how good this album is.

This is blackened death metal that crawled out of some forgotten subterranean pit and is now consuming the modern world.
