This is one of the greatest albums by one of the greatest pop stars.

Yeah this one really is unassailable.

So many different styles. Not as groundbreaking as some of the earlier work maybe but a showcase of talent. Funk, Pop, Soul, Rock, it has it all.

If this isn't a 10/10 then no album is imo.

I still need to hear this one more. I have it on my CD shelf, but it's not the Prince album I've been spending the most time on.

I can't imagine anyone really cares, but as people who have plugged with me might guess: It's PlectrumElectrum.

Not saying it's the best. But it's the one I've heard front to back most times for sure.

Late-era Prince also deserves a fair shake.

Yeah, that one he did with 3RDEyeGirl is very good too.

Gold Experience and Chaos & Disorder are great of the post name change albums.
