Nobody said that.

What's being brought up is your scope in music, not your "different taste."

I can't believe I have to defend myself here. I joined this place because I thought I had enough expertise in the genres I'm especially interested in (sixties, some punk/new wave, some folk and blues). Maybe I don't know about Arnold Fleabiter and his Corny Jazz Quintet or whoever I'm supposed to be familiar with. That doesn't mean I don't have a certain appreciation for jazz, country, and even some metal (Hip Hop- yeah, I'm only familiar with the big hitters, only a couple of who I like).

Anyway, I never came here pretending to be the big expert on everything. You always learn something new and I do like to learn about new things here.

But, frankly, I'd much rather try out music from people like Mic and Troll. At least they're not so arrogant if you happen not to agree with them.

Anyway, maybe we should get back to the OP. Mic, why didn't Billy Childs cover this?

Congratulations. I'm not really concerned about it tbh. You do you man, but if you ask questions don't be surprised when you get honest answers. I still don't really consider you to have diverse taste, but that's not inherently bad dude. I think you're getting a little too emotional.

The majority of the time that I go (non-trollingly) tit for tat with someone for "not agreeing with me," it's usually because of something that they've not considered about the album. By the logic in this post though....you might want to put Troll on ignore.

Great work, sport! You have the most diverse music taste that I've ever seen!

Is that better? If anyone would like me to patronizingly coddle you, all you have to do is ask.

Jesus, Frown, you don't know when to let up, do you?

Well, I guess that's what you expect from a little boy (you're what, all of twenty-three, right?)

Should I take the move to ad hominem as a yes? I actually feel like I've been very fair tbh.

You call this fair? It sounds more like condescending to me. This is after a response by Troll even; I didn't even provoke this.

And I thought you were a mod. I thought your job was to make peace between warring factions, not be one of the warring factions.
