Dir En Grey - opinions?
It's no secret that I love this band, but I haven't really talked about them all that much. I know they're not well liked in here as no one else ever posts their music, but I wonder how familiar people even are? Is it lack of interest, or downright dislike?
I'd love to do a Batlord style thread where I pester everyone into giving the band a chance, but I'm just not obnoxious enough for that, much to my regret. Instead, I guess I'll just post some good songs that I sincerely help make this band my #1 favorite thing in music. I cannot understate the impact that the discovery of this band (circa 2011) has had on my musical tastes. Audience Killer Loop (off the 2003 album Vulgar) The Unraveling (off a 2013 album of re-recordings, named Unraveling) Toguro (off the 2008 album Uroboros) Ryoujoku No Ame (off the 2007 album The Marrow of a Bone) Higeki wa mabuta wo oro****a yasashiki utsu (off the 2005 album Withering to Death) Yokusou Ni Dreambox Aruiwa Seijuku No Rinen To Tsumetai Ame (off the 2011 album Dum Spiro Spero) Tousei (off the 2014 album Arche) Last edited by MicShazam; 02-02-2018 at 04:39 PM. |

I'm more of a Yorkshire gold guy but I'm occasionally partial to a bit of Earl Grey yeah.
