I didn't vote this time. Metal slash is something of an acquired taste for me and I have my own project going hot and heavy now. It wouldn't be fair to give them a four when it's really not my style to begin with.

But Slayer is certainly one of the premier bands in their genre so I'm not surprised they're getting all the love they're getting.

Epic thrash classic and one of my favourites of the genre. Definitely deserves MB classic status. 10 from me even for the first 30 seconds of the album alone.

I really dislike this album. I didn't care for the lyrics. I didn't care for the guitar playing. It was meaningless guitar wankery. The drumming was just a rip off of Hardcore drumming.
After going through the album I am reminded what Aristotle once said:
