You can't post any links to (presumably illegal) downloadable music here, no. YouTubes, Bandcamp, Spotify, all good. Otherwise, no.

No. Only MP3s, max bitrate of 96 please. Or, if you would prefer, you can mail each member a hard copy in a CD or vinyl format.
