Story board your concept album.

Create a story and draw it out.

Then write songs about it.

Use magnetic poetry for the lyrics.

Use whiteboard and dry erase markers to map out the form of the songs.

Gosh this is a tough one. I think the only advice I could truly give you is to just not make a concept album at all. Like, come on, don't be a fag.
