When you go though Zep’s discography song by song so many of them are iconic from the first sound. Side 1 of Zoso for example
Black Dog Check Rock and Roll check Battle of Evermore check Stairway - check Plus the drum beat to Levee might be the most distinctive in all of rock music. Here’s a different direction

For the record: 100 guitarists play the Smoke on the Water riff? 98 of them get it wrong.
Omit the 5th note of the major scale dumbasses. Even though it's the easy and simple way out.
