The Romantics
Am I the only person here that thinks these guys were the best thing to come out of Detroit in the late 70's? They had a solid run from 79-85. I personally like their last album they released in '85 Rhythm Romance. They tried to repeat the success of Talking in Your Sleep with the title track, but they couldn't do it. Very strong power pop/new wave.
Favorite albums: 1. Rhythm Romance 1985 2. In Heat 1983 3. The Romantics 1979 4. Strictly Personal 1981 5. National Breakout 1980 |

Ted Nugent was better. Just off the top of my head.
L-Seven was another.
