The algorithm that determines artist genres on RYM leaves much to be desired. For example, you will frequently see artists listed as "Christmas Music" artists despite only contributing one track to a VA compilation of Christmas music.
EDIT: I'm not weighing in, I'm just saying that sometimes genres are determined in error. |
