"Supergroups" can be great. If a group promotes themselves on the basis of being a supergroup alone (which doesn't really apply in this instance), that's when you have a problem. Artists can't just be tied to a solo project and their first band; let them branch out, TH.

Fair enough. I suppose it helps if you know who the members are. I don't, so it doesn't really mean anything to me. But if they're just getting together in order to squeeze more money out of their fans, then that's where I personally have a problem with such groupings.

You'd probably be all up on Tera Melos and Wilco's dicks. Minutemen and Deerhoof are excellent as well, iirc Deerhoof was in a song war and we argued about it once.

Now you mention it, I may have reviewed a Wilco album back in the old "Love or Hate?" thread. Sounds vaguely familiar.

Oh wait, was Deerhoof something about milk or something? I think I hated it. Or was that something else? Wow: I've used the word "something" three times in this post. That's something else. Four times now. Oh, no, five actually.
