No Familiar with the genre or subgenre? Some Average RYM Score: N/A I certainly like the guitar tone as it starts, and the guy's voice is proper country. We have steel guitars too, so it's a good start. Again it's just an EP, six tracks only. Seems he used to be a professional baseball player, so you Americans may know of him. He may even be a star, for all I know (or care) but he's certainly impressing me with his country music talents here. Voice sort of reminds me of the late great Harry Chapin. Yeah, this is the kind of country I like: you can hear real life experience in there, and there's heart and soul in his voice. Could be a great change of career for him.
