Album title: Human
Artist: Rag'n'Bone Man
Genre: Blues/Soul
Nationality: English
Release date: February 10
Position in Discography: Debut *
Fear Factor: Low
Familiar with this artist? No
Familiar with the genre or subgenre? No
Average RYM Score: 2.58
Pretty good stuff. Not sure I'm totally sold on it but it's certainly engaging. Good singer. Yeah, I think this is one of those albums that I could really get into if I gave it a few more spins. “Love You Any Less” is a particular highlight, a soulful, bluesy ballad dripping with aching emotion. Yeah, this is pretty promising. Kind of reminds me of Marc Cohn (remember him: “Walking in Memphis”?) at times. * Oddly enough, Wiki says it's his debut album but I see one released in 2014 called Wolves, so I don't know what they're talking about. How unusual. Not. “Ego” is a little twee in a way, while “Arrow” is right out of the seventies soul playbook and then becomes a kind of gospel tune. I must come back to this at some stage. Like I'm ever going to do that....

Check out more from this artist? Maybe
Check out more from this genre or subgenre? Yes

Guess that's why he hasn't been posting much recently.

I make this joke constantly at work when someone tells me to "drop fries".

"What, on the ground?"

The long winter evenings must just fly...
You should say "Drop Fry's what?" If they're Futurama fans (and aren't all fast food people?) they'll get it.

I'd be surprised if they were besides one guy.
