Ex-members of Dokken and King's X? Sounds good. Well, maybe: I'm not really impressed with the opener, and title track, and it's kind of boring until “Big Sky Country” catches my attention, and “Not a Single Word” is good too, as is “Panic Attack”, but the title of “It's Never Enough” belies the truth. Man that's a terrible song. And now the album has begun a real decline as they rack off two more really poor songs. They pull it back at the last with a country-ish ballad, but overall it's not completely poor, but it's a lot below par than I might have expected. Actually, the ballad isn't even that great, to be fair.

My dad is all the **** about those dudes for some reason. Sounded pretty stale and slapped together even for a radio has-beens supergroup. They clearly did it for cash.

My thoughts exactly. ****ing "supergroups": why don't they just retire with good grace and live on their fortunes? Guys must be in their sixties by now. Except for the drummer from Korn. And who gives a **** about the drummer from Korn?

Folktronica? Ah. A mix of electronic music and folk. Well, I suppose I could have guessed that. In fact, I think I may have heard a folktronica album before, though I'll be damned if I can remember what it was. So far though I'd have to say this is fairly boring and I see little if any folk in it. Sorry, I can't take this: it's just way too tedious. Even the addition of a harmonica – which normally allows me to grant a stay of execution on an album, as it were – can't save this. Not actually terrible, just boring. What kind of a stupid band name is Milky Chance, anyway?

Check out more from this genre or subgenre? If folktronica is all like this, no, not if I can help it

He cared about the drummer as a young man too. As I said: :(.
