yeah that's a good idea: one thread for the week, with everyone just prefacing which album they're talking about.

Frown, is it possible to merge all this week's album threads into one, do you think? I can do it like that from next week then. Would be appreciated. Something like "The Random Album Club Week One" or something. Maybe add the dates, week-ending, whatever?

If we're making one thread for seven albums, it kind of defeats the purpose of making a separate thread at all.

Let's forget it and just leave it at the Album Club. This isn't working. Separate threads have not been merged although I asked and I don't feel anyone's too bothered about these albums anyway. Probably too much work. Or we can do one a week, if anyone's interested in that. Kind of lost the enthusiasm. What does everyone think?

I like the idea, but I guess it doesn't have to follow the format of the album club. It could just be a regular thread where people post randomly picked albums they picked theselves and listened to. Then other people can check them out too or just post something they found on their own. It will probably slowly die out like any other thread in here that's actually about music but oh well
