Default Did You Know?

Here's the place to post really obscure trivia about your favorite bands/musicians. I'm talking about stuff that probably most of the people here aren't aware of. Me first.

A few months before trying to assassinate then president Gerald Ford, Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme tried getting face to face with Jimmy Page - very public leader of the biggest band on the planet in 1975.

Manson wanted Fromme to kill someone whose death would shake the masses badly.

She did realize the plan was critically flawed and changed the target.

Little known fact: if Frank Zappa were alive today he'd be an alt-right dweeb.

Jimmy Page's middle name is Patrick.
Jimmy Page planned a career in biological research of germs before landing a career in music.
Jimmy Page played in the Yardbirds before Led Zeppelin.

Little known fact: If Jimi Hendrix were alive today he wouldn't be dead.

Did you know Frank Zappa named his son Dweezil after his wife's pinky toe?
Wiki says Ahmet Emuukha Rodan was named after Ahmet Ertegun. I don't know how reliable wiki is. I heard he was named after Frank and his wife's imaginary invisible servant "Ahmet," and Rhodan after Godzilla's nemesis.
