...uhh... I clearly stated it´s my own personal opinion. No need to get bitchy or salty here, fanboy! |

But personal nonetheless. Another personal opinion and in relation to Kesha, I actually think she did a very good job on her 2017 record. I admit the album´s name is slipping my mind (Rainbows comes to mind), but her vocals were terrific. Her collaboration with Eagles of Death Metal and the slower and acoustic tracks were my personal favorites. Good job indeed, K  |
The only true Arkangel.

Rule, number 456. Never dis ICP, Ke$ha (who dropped the $ by the way), or Motley Crue, or else Batlord will turn you into a newt

Bump.
In addition to the OP, who will be the defining artists of the 2010s? |
Brockhampton
Odd Future (members) Future Purity Ring John Maus Solange Anohni ??? |
Solange and Anohni would be nice but kinda wishful thinking imo. Brockhampton's a shoe-in but it'll be interesting to see how their image evolves as they grow noticeably more corporate.
Death Grips, Kamasi Washington (unfortunately) and Kendrick all come to mind for me. I also think that a new generation of listeners is going to recognize the current incarnation of Swans as a defining 2010s artist. Deafheaven and OPN could work their way into the mix too. |
