I love Blindside. I've been into them for quite some time now, and they don't seem to please anyone else in my town. That could be because I live in a small farming town, where everyone's idea of good music is Billy Ray Sirus....

i like all american rejects but no-one else i know does. i haven't heard about them for ages i think they split up.

The strokes and 311 (no, not the pop band, thats 411 (<- what my friends seem to forget)

All good bands. I like My Life Story an almost completely unheard of band who have suprisingly split up.
I have to recommend a new up and coming English band who are getting a lot of attention from American record companies.

I know some other people like them, but most everybody in Va Beach is in love with NERD. They both grew up in VB, Chad went to my high school, and they do numerous local shows a year. I was also friends with Pharell's brother until he moved to Cali to pursue a pro skateboarding career. But I love them.
