Just found a copy of Bruce Springsteen's The Ghost of Tom Joad in a collection I bought for $100.

I just put it up for sale for $180.

I'm good at this.

Tacking onto Goofle's post: What are some other good vinyl subscription services? I want to get a gift for a vinyl geek in my life.

I use Wax & Stamp but I live in the UK so you might wanna search around for a sub tailored to where you're at.

Flying Vinyl, Vinyl Me Please, Trax & Wax etc

If you like Wine, go for Stylus.

Speaking of Vinyl, recently pulled out a load of records from the garage, think this is most of it but there is still quite a bit in there;

Picked up these 2016 reissues a couple weeks ago;

Frown. I'm subbed to Vinyl Me Please. I swap almost every month for a jazz record as their exclusives usually suck. Last months though was fun. Purple/pink copy of Sorcerer by Miles. They have a good amount of records to swap with. I got a really sweet copy of Johnny Griffin's A Blowin' Sesson.

It ain't the best but it's certainly good if you like a bunch of their titles.

Nice haul today, mostly dolla bin

Taj Mahal Travellers - Live at Moderna Maseet in Stockholm, July 1971
Blancmage - Mangetout (no idea what it is but it had a cool cover)
Gene Krupa - Percussion King
Golden Rain - Balinese Gamelan Music - Ketjak: The Ramayana Monkey Chant
Shining Path - s/t (bought because of cover and mint condition)
Someone's album/book club thing, don't know much about it but I expect classical
Bozay Attila - Contemporary Hungarian Music
Daisy Dee - This Beat is Technotronic 92 remix
Beloved Jewish Melodies
Jethro Tull - Living in the Past (had a cool but beat to hell book style)
Exodus and Other Great Themes (got it for the 3rd man theme)
Stanley Black & the London Festival Orchestra - Spain Vol. 2
25 Polka Greats
Al Di Meola - Land of the Midnight Sun (not a huge fan of this but couldn't pass up the price)
Stravinsky - Rite of Spring

Was very close to picking a Last Poets album but Taj Mahal Travellers won out for mt non-dollar bin item.

Damn! This is a ****ing gem. Local noise rock group with krautrock and This Heat influences all over the place. I'm gonna track these dudes down and jam with them.

Raid them dolla bins folks, you can get some good ****. I found a Pharoah Sanders record with a cut of You've Got to Have Freedom on it before.

Some recent purchases. Coincidentally they all seem to be playing at my venue over the next couple of months
