All music sucks
Regular rock: Sounds badass at first but It gets old quickly
Punk: Too simple, limited and repetetive Metal: Extreme punk/metal: Refuses to be catchy. Jazz: Too much improv and the songs are too long. Artsy Jazz: What the **** is even going on!? Country: Too boring and straightforward Indie: Too boring while being pretentious on top of it. Electronic: I don't like the texture Reggae/trad.ska: Way too limited, repetetive and straightforward Post and art-punk: Too much minimalism and random bull****, Too many flangers. Post-hardcore: The major bands are gold and everything else sucks anal balls and often isn't even the genre. You'd think they could at least be good at ripping off some of the most influential bands but people barely even attempt. Alt rock: Becomes a lot more generic after a while than the name implies. Some are even Overproduced and some super boring with all this down beat bull**** that reminds me of indie rock. Post-grunge: Kill me. Funk: Too much based on repetition in the song itself, which a lot of post punk does too. Lots of songs that are too long. Noise rock: too much in song repetition and minimalism and focus on texture/atmosphere, also refuse to write something memorable. Emo/Screamo: Just depressing and overstays its welcome. Blues: Lots of boring and repetetive stuff, or straightforward stuff. Ragtime: Sounds cool at first then gets old. Classical: Too long and complex. Prog rock/metal: Forgets everything fun about rock and most of the time doesn't produce songs that interesting and instead just wanks technique. At least it's not pretentious, they actually have the technique. Expirimental rock: Just because you expirimented doesn't mean every expiriment is worth sharing. Ambient: Only nice as a soundtrack or when I want to sleep but it's just a texture/atmosphere and not a traditional song. Various kinds of world music: anal beads Pop music: Too overproduced, simple ,too much pandering, and lacks any kind of balls Hip hop: Repetetive vocal style similar to extreme punk and metal but not as bad, too many samples and lame repetetive instrumentals, half of the artists just brag about themselves, albums that are too long. Shoegaze: I got the picture after about 5 minutes. Post-rock: I got the picture after about 5 minutes. Mallpunk and scene kid bull****: Overproduced, cheesy annoying vocal delivery, too much pandering. World music: So many to choose from none worth giving a damn about. Then there's the bajillion artists who seem to refuse to write something with a memorable hook in fear of being like pop music, or randomly mish mash so many ideas together in one song nothing sinks in. I was wrong all these years. There's not an overload in good music. Music actually sucks anal beads. (Disclaimer, I'm just ****ing around many of these make no sense) (I'm quite frustrated about finding new bands to fall in love with though) |

You forgot classical.
I'll do it for you: old music made by dead people and kept alive by people who probably should be dead by now. Boring and the lyrics are crap. "Ode to ****ing joy?" Be original, man! And who the **** is Joy anyway? Mozart's sweet biatch?

I saw the thread title and was like "Looks like I have to ban somebody". Then, I saw that it wasn't a new spammer but Dylstew and was like "Looks like I have to ban somebody".
But that wouldn't be fun for anybody else but me. |
