I'm looking forward to checking out several of the albums you guys have listed!
Here's my top 10 so far.... 10. Richard Dawson - Peasant (Avant-Folk, Progressive Folk) My favorite of his so far. 09. Fleet Foxes - Crack-Up (Chamber Folk, Progressive Folk) Was so happy to hear a new one from them. 08. Exquirla - Para quienes aún viven (Post-Rock, Flamenco nuevo) Their debut. 07. Flotation Toy Warning - The Machine That Made Us (Chamber Pop, Indie Pop) This is great, though I like their first one a tad bit more. 06. King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard - Murder of the Universe (Psychedelic Rock, Spoken Word) Their best so far, in my opinion. 05. Nova Collective - The Further Side (Progressive Metal, Jazz Fusion) Their debut, at least working together. 04. Mike Oldfield - Return to Ommadawn (Progressive Rock) This and the original are D&D music. 03. Sufjan Stevens - Carrie & Lowell Live (Art Pop, Indie Folk, Singer/Songwriter) This would be my AOTY except for two reasons: (a) it's a live album of what is probably for me the 2015 AOTY, and (b) "Hotline Bling". 02. Ayreon - The Source (Progressive Metal, Rock Opera) Epic. What I love most about this is that they take the robot with them! 01. Sufjan Stevens, Bryce Dessner, Nico Muhly & James McAlister - Planetarium (Art Pop, Ambient Pop, Indietronica) Love everything about this. |

Hells yes my man. Been on heavy rotation since it came out, probably his strongest solo work since History.
